See the calendar below for class times which change according to the teachers schedule. The classes include basic instruction in Yang Style Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong stretching. Each class will run about 30 to 45 minutes, and is geared towards beginning to novice level students.
Classes are either in the morning or evening to avoid the summer heat, and to practice at the peak hours of energy cultivation. The location is Will Rogers Park in Oklahoma City in a field just south of the garden’s fountains. The location is shown on the map below, also.
